Why I Created This Resource

I created this site because I’ve seen too many talented colleagues struggle with the promotion process. Having spent years as a sifter and interviewer at EO, HEO, and SEO levels, I kept noticing the same patterns: brilliant people failing to progress simply because they didn’t understand how to present their experience effectively.

My Experience

The guidance here reflects my real experience from both sides of the recruitment process. I have:
